Hi, I'm Tanner Shuck

I'm from Tulsa, Oklahoma originally but grew up in Alaska. I've played sports all my life and naturally gravitated towards CrossFit once I finished playing American Football.

I strive everyday to be the best person I can be. Humility, respect, and gratitude are the tenets of my life.

I tend to have a serious demeanor only because I am serious about making people stronger, healthier, and improving the quality of their life.

On the lighter side, I am an extremely happy and nice person. I can often times be found in the gym coaching, training, and playing loud music. I also love steak and eggs and eat large quantities of both daily. I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible.

Before I hold anyone else accountable, I ALWAYS hold myself accountable first. Health and fitness is a way of life for me and I lead by example.

We all have ONE life to live and we should all aspire to LIVE WITH PURPOSE. For me, What is most important is teaching people how to become the very best versions of themselves through health and fitness.
