Congrats - You've Taken The First Step. Now Do This Next.
Below are the steps to get ready for your call. It takes 10 minutes, and it'll make the call itself far more useful.
+ ADD TO CALENDAR / BOOK YOUR TIMEFair warning: this page is long on purpose. If you're the kind of guy who actually does his homework before committing to something, you'll get a lot out of it. If you'd rather just talk it through live, that's exactly what the call is for.
The Honest Case For Doing This Now Instead Of Later
Here's the thing nobody tells you about waiting: it doesn't actually cost you nothing. Every month you put this off is a month your body either stays exactly where it is, or gets a little further from where you want it to be. There's no neutral option. You are never getting younger than you are right now.
I only take on a small number of new custom coaching clients each month - not as a sales tactic, but because every client gets weekly check-ins, biweekly video form breakdowns, and direct access to me. That doesn't scale past a handful of people at a time without the quality dropping, and I'm not willing to do that.
[Tanner - insert real, current numbers here if you'd like something stronger than the above: total clients coached to date, average time to first visible change, or anything else you can back up.]
Here's The Real Math
If you tried to build this exact setup yourself - piece by piece, with separate people - here's roughly what it would cost:
| Personal trainer (4x/week, $80/session) | $1,280/mo |
| Dietitian for a real nutrition plan | $500 - $1,200/mo |
| Someone to actually hold you accountable weekly | $400 - $800/mo |
| Total, piecing it together yourself | $1,800 - $3,200/mo |
TrueStrength Custom Coaching replaces all three - training program, nutrition plan, weekly accountability, biweekly form review, and direct access to me - in one program. We'll go over exact pricing on your call, once I understand your specific situation and goals. There's no one-size-fits-all number because there's no one-size-fits-all program.
Do Your Own Due Diligence
I'd rather you check this out yourself than just trust a sales page. Here's where to look:
Reviews & Reputation
[Tanner - link your Google Reviews / Trustpilot page here, or embed a screenshot. If there's ever been a bad review, consider addressing it directly in a sentence or two - it builds more trust than pretending it doesn't exist.]
Refund Rate
[Tanner - insert your real refund/chargeback rate here if you're comfortable sharing it. A specific, low number with context is one of the most trust-building things you can put on this page.]

What exactly is TrueStrength Custom Coaching?
It's not a PDF with your name slapped on it. It's a training program, nutrition plan, and accountability system built specifically around your body, your schedule, and your starting point. I had a client who trained for three years, never missed a session, and still had the same body the whole time. He came to me convinced the problem was his genetics. It wasn't. Within two weeks it was obvious he was going through the motions - working hard, but never actually pushing past what was comfortable, with nobody watching closely enough to catch it. We fixed the intensity, protected his recovery, and built the program around how he specifically responds to coaching. Eight weeks later he was stronger than he'd ever been. That's the actual product: someone who sees what a generic program can't.
How is this different from just following a program I find online?
A program on paper can't adjust. It can't tell the difference between a rough week at work and a real plateau. It can't call you out when your intensity quietly drops over a month without you noticing. Some guys need someone blunt - "that's not good enough, add weight, do it again." Other guys shut down with that approach and need precision instead - a plan that bends around a brutal week instead of falling apart because of it. A static program can't tell which one you are. I can.
Okay, but what does the monthly investment actually pay for?
Four things, specifically: (1) a training program built around your body and schedule, not a generic template, (2) a nutrition plan built around food you'll actually eat, not chicken and rice forever, (3) weekly check-ins on your weights, reps, food, sleep, and bodyweight, with real adjustments made every week, and (4) a biweekly video review where I personally watch your training footage and tell you exactly what to fix. You also get access to the TrueStrength Client/Coach Podcast - a group of men in the same spot as you, holding each other accountable - and direct access to me or my coaches anytime you need a real check-in.
Why isn't the price just listed on this page?
Because a program built around a 45-year-old business owner with an old shoulder injury looks nothing like a program built around a 28-year-old who trains 5 days a week already. Pricing depends on what you actually need - that's the whole point of a custom program instead of a generic one. We'll go over it directly on your call once I understand your situation.
I've tried coaching before and it didn't work. Why would this be different?
Most "coaching" is a program with a check-in bolted on. That's not coaching, that's a subscription. The difference here is I'm actually watching what you're doing - your training footage, your weekly numbers, your actual adherence - and adjusting in real time. The client I mentioned above had tried plenty on his own before he came to me. The plan wasn't the problem. Nobody was watching closely enough to catch what was actually going wrong.
I don't have time for another commitment. My schedule is already packed.
I coach dads, business owners, and guys grinding 60-hour weeks with three kids at home. This is built for a real life, not a life where the gym is your entire personality. Sessions are built to be efficient, not endless. If your schedule genuinely can't support this right now, I'll tell you that honestly on the call instead of taking your money anyway.
What if I'm just not disciplined enough to see this through?
You're not lazy. Lazy men don't apply for coaching. You show up, you put in the work, and something isn't clicking - that's an information and accountability problem, not a discipline problem. The accountability piece is built into the program specifically so it doesn't rely on your willpower alone.
What does the first 30 days actually look like?
We build your custom training program and nutrition plan first. You get set up on the coaching app with every workout already prescribed - exercises, weights, reps, all done for you, so you never show up wondering what today's session is. Then it's weekly check-ins on your numbers and your first biweekly video review, where I watch your actual footage and correct what needs correcting. Most guys don't need to be told they'll see dramatic changes in 30 days - what they notice first is that the guesswork is gone.
Who is this NOT for?
If you're not willing to actually follow a program - show up for check-ins, send training footage, be honest about your food - this isn't going to work regardless of how good the program is. It's also not for guys chasing a shortcut. Everything here is natural, no shortcuts, built to last. If that's not what you're looking for, I'll tell you straight up on the call. I've turned people away before, and I'll do it again if it's not the right fit.
A Mix Of Results - Not Just The Best Ones
These are real clients, not stock photos or paid testimonials. Some are dramatic. Most are realistic - which is exactly what you should expect for yourself too.
