Fun fact: I’m originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, grew up in Alaska, & now live in Dubai.
I’ve played sports all my life & naturally gravitated towards CrossFit after I finished playing American Football.
I strive everyday to be the best person I can be (& coach people to do the same).
Humility, respect, & gratitude are the tenets of my life.
I am on a mission to make health & fitness easily affordable & accessible to the worldwide community.

I have over 20 years experience in the strength & conditioning world.
Coaching & training have been my life’s obsession since I finished playing American Football in 2012.
In my first year of competing I placed 3rd at the Dubai Fitness Championship in 2013 and then I won the Dubai Fitness Championship in 2014.
While injury has unfortunately sidelined me from competing for the time being…I have refocused all my energy and passion into coaching others and guiding them along their health & fitness journey.
I have trained & coached THOUSANDS of people of all ages & ability levels since starting my fitness career back in 2012.
