Traveling? No access to a gym? Limited on time?
Let’s be honest, that’s not a reason to skip your workout. In fact, more than half of my own training is BODYWEIGHT only. Ever seen a male/female gymnast? They are literally shredded and strong AF and do exclusively bodyweight training!
I’ll be the first to admit that most bodyweight only workouts SUCK and are boring AF. It doesn’t matter who you are, everyone gets tired of just jumping around like a braindead idiot doing the same 3 movements over and over! And just because you got sweaty DOES NOT mean it was a good workout. You may as well have just taken a 45 minute walk cause you’d be burning about the same number of calories. These are the kinds of bodyweight workouts that we want to avoid like the plague. They’re ineffective, don’t give you results, and only leave you feeling unmotivated and asking yourself why you did it in the first place!
Well…not anymore!
I’ve created a one-of-a-kind bodyweight program that will not only get you fitter, but also stronger. This program contains thirty (30) bodyweight workouts of all different varieties! Strength, cardio, partner workouts etc…Not only will this program challenge you, but most importantly it’s FUN.

Warm-up:
50 jumping jacks
40 sit-ups
30 air squats
20 mountain climbers
10 inch worms
EMOM x12 alternating minutes:
Min 1) 10-12 weighted rear foot elevated split squats (L)
Min 2) 10-12 weighted rear foot elevated split squats (R)
Min 3) 30 sec Max double unders
*4x through this circuit
-rest 3 min min
EMOM x12 alternating minutes:
Min 1) 12-15 weighted reverse lunges (L)
Min 2) 12-15 weighted reverse lunges (R)
Min 3) 30 sec Max double unders

*This another awesome total body strength workout with a little bit of conditioning on the final minute of each strength piece. Personally I love these kind of workouts!!
*Use any common household item that is heavy such as a weighted backpack or a jug/pack of water to add weight if you can!
